During our 5th year of studies at the ISTIA Engineering school and when following the Human-Machines Interactions and Virtual Reality specialty, many modules are carried about the various aspect of a user immersion.
In order to highlight our work, we choose with my partner to focus all those acquired competences on a single project.
The final goal of this simulator made using C# and Unity is to allow the user having a complete immersion experience. To reach it, the project uses two Novint Falcons for the pod's controls and an Oculus Rift to get a visual feedback. Working on the sound to reach a desired atmosphere is also a huge part of the project.
